Acceptance
By using the services you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
Permitted use
Use the services lawfully, including calling, messaging and consent rules that apply to you.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account credentials and the information you provide to train assistants.
AI assistance and escalation
Assistants can make mistakes. They identify as AI and offer escalation to a person you designate.
Ownership
You keep ownership of materials you supply. FKBL AI does not claim ownership of third-party infrastructure it relies on.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in the final approved version.
