Businesses using FKBL AI decide whether calls are recorded and must disclose this to callers. Platform processing is described separately from those choices.

Processors and transfers

Technology vendors are listed here once confirmed. Data may be processed outside your province or country with appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
